This is the new small wheel adapter for use on newer Kinetic trainer models. A must for BMX, recumbents, and any bike with tires having an outside diameter of 22-inches or less. The small wheel adapter raises the level of the resistance unit of any of the Kinetic Trainers by up to three inches. In doing so, the trainer will fit tires with outside diameters as small as 16-inches. The E-Thru Trainer Axle allows the use of a mountain bike in a Tacx trainer. These axles are only suitable for Tacx classic trainers.

The Tacx trainer tires have been developed specifically for riding indoors on bike trainers. The special rubber minimizes the risk of overheating, slipping, and wear and tear. They are also quieter than regular rear tires on both road and mountain bikes. Tacx trainer tires are not suitable for outside riding.
