Back in 1885, the address of Eduardo Bianchi’s workshop was 7 Via Nirone. The Via Nirone is one of the original endurance race geometry bikes that pioneered this category over a decade ago. Riders seeking a quick and comfortable day in the saddle will find it aboard the Via Nirone. It utilizes Bianchi's proven K-VID (Kevlar Vibration Isolation Device) vibration damping technology in its carbon fork, a triple butted, hydroformed aluminum frame, as well as BAT (Bianchi Active Technology) to optimize the rider’s sitting and pedaling position on the bike. Geometry shared with the Infinito allows you to steer confidently at speed, stay relaxed while riding faster and farther with more comfort. Endurance Racing bikes are performance road bikes made comfortable, not comfort-oriented road bikes.

The Strada is the flat bar version of our best-selling, All Road Volpe model. Its exclusive TIG welded, double-butted Chromolite steel frame and fork provide a smooth and stable ride whether rolling over freshly paved bike paths or navigating pothole-riddled city streets. With clearance for up to 38mm wide tires, the Strada can be customized to conquer the terrain you traverse the most. A relaxed head tube angle is the basis of the Strada geometry. This angle is a bit slacker than a standard performance road bike allowing you smooth and predictable handling aboard the Strada. The chainstays have been stretched rearward, and at the rear dropouts, you will find rack/fender bosses. Mid mount bosses on the fork permit the use of front panniers. A pump peg behind the head tube gives you a reason to carry a classic hand pump on all your journeys.

The Renegade is ready for any adventure, no matter which Renegade you ride. The long and tall adventure geometry is designed specifically to ride comfortably all day on the road or in harsh conditions off-road. With disc brakes and the ability to mount multiple tire sizes, these bikes are ready to go just about anywhere. All you need is the desire to push, pedal and explore. Frame Design Starting with a wide and consistent stack and reach range, we set out to design a frame that could handle on or off road conditions while maintaining a comfortable ride. As you start to review the geo chart you will noticed we have 3 different fork offsets, BB drops and rear center measurements. Add size-specific tubing and 2 different sized rear triangles on our carbon models and you have what we feel is the perfect adventure geo for all sized riders. The reason for this is that we wanted the 44 and 61 to fit the rider correctly and make the geo changes needed to provide the perfect ride. Size Specific Frame Design Size Specific Design (SSD) is the Jamis design philosophy and technique used to create the best possible riding bike for each size rider. Rather than limiting frame size variations to just different length top, seat and head tubes lengths, we take an all-inclusive look at each frame’s total configuration. Every SSD frame will also feature size-specific BB drop, rear center, fork offset/trail and SST technology. 142 x 12mm Thru-Axle Securing the rear wheel to the frame by threading it into the rear dropouts is not only safer, it’s stiffer. Increasing the rear axle diameter from 10mm to 12mm provides a stable platform for the disc braking forces and allows us to tune the rear seat stays for more compliance/comfort. You will appreciate this on your long days. The rear wheel tracks directly in line with the frame, for more precise handling, so you can go faster with more confidence. The 142mm hub dropouts provide a self-centering feature for the rear wheel for faster, easier installation. Disk Brakes With adventure geometry designed to go anywhere the only choice was disc brakes. Now the Renegade Elite, Expert, Escapade and Exploit all come with hydraulic brakes. With hydraulic disc brakes you will have the most consistent and confidence-inspiring braking available. Just think about jamming downhill on a rutted out fire road with your hands all over the hoods…the power & modulation benefits of hydraulic disc brakes become readily apparent. - 6061 aluminum double-butted frame - Jamis Adventure 6061 air-formed aluminum fork - WTB STX i23 TCS wheel set - 16-speed Shimano Claris components - Tektro Lyra mechanical cable actuated disc brake Wheel size: - Sizes 44cm – 48cm: 650B - Sizes 51cm – 61cm: 700c

Steel Commuter and Gravel Bike Preamble is a hard-boiled steel commuter built for comfort, durability, and buffoonery on pavement and gravel. Nothing More is Needed. Nothing Less Will Do. The challenge was thus: Build a serious steel bike and give it only the attributes that matter most. Make it quick and comfortable on pavement, as well as confident and compliant on degraded surfaces. What the Enginerds put forth is Preamble, a pavement and gravel utility worker that proves you don't need to cut corners or clip coupons to make a more affordable steel bike. You just need to keep shit simple. Preamble can run racks and fenders and carry a couple water bottles. Surly was raised on stealing basic cable, after all. Smooth and efficient on asphalt, Preamble's double-butted main triangle provides a resplendent ride feel and withstands abuse from life's inevitable potholes. Make it your own with flat bars, drop bars, a basket, or bags. On the road to steel euphoria, Preamble is the gateway drug. You knew when you planned the ride it would be a long day - a route stacked with grinding climbs and twisting descents, terrible roads with a good amount of who-knows-what-else thrown in. These rides aren’t most people’s idea of fun, but they sure are memorable, monumental, challenging. Is that why you keep going? You suck down another coffee and pull on your shoe covers to hold the weather at bay, it’s going to clear out and warm up in a few hours... Probably. Grab your Avant and do a quick check before rolling into the morning mist. No other machine could better help you endure the hours of rough, exhausting conditions ahead. It’s going to be a long day - and you love it. Avant uses technologically advanced carbon construction techniques so that you can climb faster and ride longer. Orbea Monocoque Performance (OMP) adds high modulus and high strength fibers to a standard layup to improve stiffness-to-weight ratios. Bladder molding with polyurethane headtube and bottom bracket inserts eliminates wrinkles in critical zones, allowing less carbon to be used while maintaining strength. Avant Endurance Geometry is born from years of analyzing how ergonomics can help you ride further. Unlike a racing geometry that is focused on aerodynamics, endurance ergonomics result in a bike that is easier to ride and increases stamina. Handling is precise and intuitive. Angles and dimensions are considered carefully across a range of sizes to maximize rider comfort. And more comfort means longer rides. - Hydroformed aluminum frame - 8-speed Shimano Claris components - Orbea R1800 wheelset

Angles and dimensions are considered carefully across a range of sizes to maximize rider comfort. And more comfort means longer rides. In order to increase pedaling efficiency, the headtube, downtube, and chainstays of the Avant are shaped to resist twisting and transmit power to the rear wheel. There is no doubt about it, large cross-sections and resistance to flex in the bottom of the frame translate directly to more watts on the road and a sensation that power transfer is instantaneous. The Avant fork uses a shallower, rounded-blade profile and longer fork legs to offer the best combination of elasticity, tire clearance, and torsional stiffness. The increased axle-to-crown height is offset by a shorter headtube to maintain stack measurements and improve aesthetics.
