Prepreg carbon sheets are laser cut to minimize excess materials and overlap, and hours of pre-molding ensure optimal compaction with the smallest amount of carbon. The frame has a unique feature in the front triangle that offsets the shock relative to center and adds an asymmetric support on the non-drive-side.
