The original cross country race machine, the Hei Hei was built to go fast – both up and down mountains. The Hei Hei design was focused on racing but we've always been of the mind that racing should be fun; 100mm of Fuse independent suspension rear travel paired with 120mm of squish up front create a balanced, fun and efficient ride. Fast rolling and bump-swallowing 29-inch wheels ensure fun is also at the top of the priority list. With guys like team riders Cory Wallace winning the 24 hour solo world championship, and Spencer Paxson dominating over 32,000 feet of climbing and descending in a single day aboard the Hei Hei, it’s clear that its up for any challenge.

When your destination is the podium and the journey to get there is a gnarled, technical test of cross-country skill, fitness, and sheer guts, you’ll be glad you’re on Kona’s Hei Hei Supreme Frame. Its Race Light Carbon frame and Fox DPS Factory shock keep you and the bike light enough to float over the rough stuff while passing racers on the climbs. The Hei Hei Race Supreme Frame is a forward-thinking XC rocket leaving absolutely nothing to be desired.
$3,099.00
You want a bike that goes up efficiently and still descends like an animal. One that you don’t have to worry about flipping switches on just to continue your ride. Evolved from its predecessor’s highly-regarded descending characteristics, the all new carbon Process 153 is stiff, smooth, and an absolute rocket that leaves nothing left to be desired. Except another lap, of course.
$3,099.00
Often imitated, but never duplicated, the Process has been at the forefront of the evolution of enduro bikes for years. The motto of the Process is to take chances…as long as it makes the ride more fun. What started as a calculated risk has turned traditional trail bike geometry on its head and has spearheaded progression. This bike is built around descending, but consistency across all terrain is what makes it truly special. The 2019 Process delivers a gravity-hungry bike that is equally adept at ascending. This is the long travel, aggressive enduro bike that you’ve been waiting for.

Whatever you can dream up, the Unit can do it all!
$699.00
Whoever said fat bikes weren’t for trail riding obviously hasn’t ridden a Wozo. With geometry inspired by the legendary Honzo hardtails, the Wozo is far from your average fat bike. And it does more than float over snow-covered paths — the light and stiff aluminum frame paired with 100mm of front suspension makes the Wozo playful and responsive across all types of trails. From technical rocks and roots to twisty flow lines, Wozo is your all-terrain, all-conditions, mountain-shredding companion.

You are an artist, and the Unit is your canvas. Singlespeed singletrack machine? Yep. Loaded up for a quick overnight or an extended bikepacking trip? Yep. Add whatever drivetrain you like? Yep. Reynolds 520 chromoly gives that unmistakable smooth ride, and the simplicity of a single speed drivetrain keeps your options open. Five sets of bottle cage mounts and rear rack mounts give you plenty of options for accessorizing your ride, because Kona wants you to do things your way — and there's nothing cooler than that.

Meet Honzo ST, a steel 29er hardtail that lays waste to technical singletrack. It's aggressive, confident, and ready to rip with a 68-degree head angle, low bottom bracket, and short chain stays. Other features include a tapered head tube, internal dropper post routing, and sliding, vertical dropouts ready for gears or singlespeed shenanigans. Kona is known for its hardcore hardtails, and the Honzo proudly continues the tradition in robust style.

The one that started it all: the almighty steel Honzo. Low-slung. Long reach. Tight rear end. Unmistakably Honzo. What we did with the original steel Honzo has trickled into the DNA of almost every Kona bike since – which is a nice tip of the hat to the material we first started making bikes with. We sell the Honzo ST as a frame only so you can build your own dream ride.

Full squish bikes may get all the attention these days, but nothing compares to riding a hardtail on the trail, and the Honzo CR Trail DL Frame is perhaps the one bike that can steal the limelight. The nimble-handling carbon frame with a mischievous attitude are characteristics that were born on Pacific Northwest trails, from the days when the ride was all about playing and having fun, even when things turned burly. A Boost 148mm rear axle gives you room for wide tires, while keeping the wheelbase short and snappy. It's also routed and ready for your favorite internal dropper post.
$575.00
The perfect hardtail is all about balancing geometry, performance and durability. It has to feel just right and take a serious beating, without breaking the bank—a smashable work of art, so to speak. We’ve worked directly with Aggy to revamp the Shonky and make it absolutely perfect: steel frame, long top tubes, sliding dropouts and a tapered head tube make this a jump-shredding machine.

We believe in the motto “go big or go home.” With the all new carbon Operator, we went big, so you can go faster. This is the racehorse of downhill bikes. We’ve done extensive testing with World Cup racer Connor Fearon to get everything up to full speed. With the ability to run 29-inch or 27.5-inch wheels, adjustable chainstay lengths, and an adjustable reach, it’s fully customizable to your liking. Whether you’re racing your local downhill track, slaying laps in Whistler, or standing atop the world cup podium, the Operator is the ultimate downhill machine.

Kona’s Big Honzo DL Frame takes the playful, slack geometry Honzo uses to light up singletrack, and ups the ante with room for bigger rubber and bigger fun. When you throw on a pair of 27.5+ tires on wide rims, your footprint opens up like a sled-dog’s paw, aggressively clawing earth and floating over terrain with ease. Kona really wants you to use ALL that extra traction, so Big Honzo is stiff and nimble, squeezing speed out of descents and begging to be swooped through corners. It uses 148 x 12mm Boost spacing and super-short chainstays to tuck in your rear wheel for tight handling and rowdy acceleration, while the long reach and front center get you into a powerful position for aggressive descending. This all adds up to a frame that's ready to go fast on the way up AND down. Throw on a 120mm fork and take proper advantage of the internal dropper post routing to find yourself on a rig that’ll keep you grinning for hours on end.
